In my experience most common mental health problems are anxiety and/or depression related, although it usually comes accompanied by other emotional issues as anger, guilt, hurt etc.

I believe in assessing the client and concentrating on the emotion that bothers them the most and would be most significant as the key to help with the main problem, and also greatly diminishing the other emotional issues related to it. See some of the issues I can help you with:
