Working With Me ?
I am a therapist providing Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). I have experience working with adults over 18 years old, providing online short-term talking therapy, CBT, using psychoeducation and a mix of integrative approaches in order to better help my clients to understand and pursue their route of change. I help clients with all sorts of issues related to the main areas of their personal, relationship, professional and student lives.
Support I offer
I am an experienced therapist, working online with adult individuals. I work regularly with clients throughout the UK and abroad, offering therapy in English and Portuguese.
I studied Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), specialising in Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT). I am also trained to use other integrative approaches such as Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), and Mindfulness. I work collaboratively with my clients in order to help them to achieve their therapeutic goals and use the approaches that will best suit their needs. Offering a safe, confidential, and non-judgemental space where clients feel free to talk about anything and creating a great client/therapist relationship.

My Fees
CBT/REBT/Counselling sessions:
& Low cost Fees. I offer a limited number of concessionary rate CBT sessions for those unable to afford private therapy fees. Please CONTACT ME for more details.
Payment can be made by bank transfer, prior to the session or at the start of the session.
I reserve the right to charge for missed sessions and sessions cancelled without 48 hours’ notice. Please note that first appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged.
