“Discover How CBT Can Help You Feel Better”

01. What is CBT

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) is one of the most researched and effective forms of evidence-based psychological therapy. It helps people understand how their thoughts, emotions and behaviours are interconnected, enabling them to develop healthier ways of thinking, responding and coping with life’s challenges.
CBT is a practical, collaborative and goal-oriented therapy that focuses on the difficulties you are experiencing in the present, while also helping you understand how past experiences may continue to influence your thoughts, emotions and behaviours today.
Together, we will identify the unhelpful thinking and behaviour patterns that may be keeping you stuck. Through practical strategies and evidence-based techniques, you will learn healthier ways of thinking, responding and coping, helping you build resilience and improve your emotional wellbeing.
Many clients begin to notice positive changes within a relatively short period of time, while also developing practical skills they can continue using long after therapy has ended. The aim is not only to help you feel better but also to give you the confidence and tools to manage future challenges independently.

02. What CBT Can Help With

You may benefit from CBT if you’re experiencing:

Anxiety and excessive worry

Panic attacks

Then finish with a short paragraph:

Together, we’ll work to understand what may be keeping you stuck and develop practical strategies that help you build healthier thinking patterns, improve emotional wellbeing and create lasting positive change.

03.What to Expect

Every therapeutic journey is unique, and together we will tailor therapy to your individual needs, goals and circumstances.

Our first session is an opportunity for us to explore what has brought you to therapy, discuss the difficulties you are experiencing, and identify the goals you would like to achieve. From there, we will develop a personalised treatment plan and work collaboratively towards meaningful and lasting change.

CBT is a practical and goal-oriented approach, giving you strategies and techniques that you can begin applying in your everyday life between sessions.

What to expect

Sessions last 50–60 minutes

Appointments are usually weekly, although this may vary depending on your individual needs and goals.

Most clients attend between 6 and 20 sessions, depending on the nature of their difficulties and the progress they make during therapy.

Sessions are held online via Zoom or Microsoft Teams, allowing you to access professional support from the comfort and privacy of your own home, wherever you are in the UK or internationally.

You pay per session, giving you the flexibility to decide how many sessions are right for you.

Every client is different, and throughout therapy we will regularly review your progress to ensure our work continues to meet your needs and support your personal goals.
